German Cuisine Tour

The Oktoberfest German Cuisine Tour is your chance to tour the tastes of Germany throughout Addison.

In preparation for Oktoberfest, Addison restaurants are offering special German menu items and creating delicious pairings with Paulaner bier from September 10 - 28. All listings are offered during normal business hours except when noted.

Humperdink's - September 10 - 28

Enjoy a special German platter including Bratwurst, Brockwurst, Knockwurst, German Potato Salad, Sauerkraut, and Apple Sauce. The platter is even better when you pair it with Humperdink's home brewed Hefeweisen.

Enjoy a banger in a baguette with sauerkraut and relish or a scotch egg with potato salad and relish while enjoying a Paulaner bier.

McArthur's at the Crowne Plaza Hotel - September 10 - 28, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Enjoy a three course German feast including: Cucumber salad with mustard dressing and grilled bratwurst, "Wiener Schnitzel" Veal cutlet with mushroom sauce served with potato Latkes and vegetables, and German Chocolate Cake.

Monte Carlo at the Intercontinental Hotel - September 11 - 28

Enjoy German Gurkensalad (Cucumber dill salad in a yogurt dressing), Bavarian Schlachte Platte including smoked kassler on sauerkraut with two bratwurst (choice of smoked or regular) and potato salad. Finish with a Blackforest Cheescake topped with cherry's marinated in kirsch wasser. 

Nestle Tollhouse Cafe - September 10 - 28

Enjoy special treats, German Chocolate Coconut Bars, Black Forest Brownies, Hazelnut Cookies, German Coconut Macaroons, German Chocolate Brownies, Bavarian Cream Pie, Strudel Sticks, and Apricot Ice Cream Sundaes.
