Official Tapping of the Keg

Friday, September 19th at 7:00 p.m.

Join Town of Addison Mayor Joe Chow and local dignitaries on Friday at 7:00 p.m. in the Schloss Addison tent for the Opening Ceremonies. Mayor Chow will officially tap the first keg of Paulaner from Germany by hammering the bronze spout into the keg with a wooden mallet. The trick is to do so without spilling any bier!

 

Sing along to "Ein Pro-sit" and "No Beer in Heaven" as the festival officially gets underway.
