Venture indoors to the Addison Conference Centre for cooking demonstrations, wine seminars, speciality food vendor displays and more!

ABOUT TASTE SHOWCASE

 

Taste the local flavors of a dozen top chefs as they showcase their talents and share their cooking expertise at Taste Showcase during Taste Addison.

 

Taste Showcase offers the ultimate culinary how-to experience and sampling celebration at the Addison Conference Center.

 

Some of the area's top chef's will present hourly cooking demonstrations Saturday and Sunday, May 10 and 12 (12 - 6 pm) on a state-of-the-art Viking Kitchen presented by Capital Distributing. Each chef will demonstrate a culinary creation while guests are encouraged to interact and ask questions while the delicacies are sampled. Every guest at Taste Showcase receives a commemorative booklet featuring the signature recipes.

National experts from Robert Mondavi Private Selection will be on hand as they unveil "Discover Wine with Robert Mondavi;" the new interactive wine display from the noted winery. Throughout the weekend, these experts will lead free tastings from a variety of fine wines. Additionally, the vintners at Robert Mondavi Private Selection will work with featured Taste Showcase Chefs as visitors learn how to pair a variety of wines with each of the showcased menu items.
