Women's Business Forum Focuses on Mental Health

At the April 26 Metrocrest Chamber's Quarterly Women's Business Forum, women in the public safety field had courageous conversations about tackling mental health. Addison Fire Department Administrative Manager Monica Hernandez joined police officers from Farmers Branch and Carrollton to share their experiences managing mental health challenges in stressful careers. Mayor Bruce Arfsten, Council Members Darren Gardner and Nancy Craig, and numerous Addison staff came out to show their support for these public safety professionals.
