About Addison Coffee Roasters

Our experience

Addison Coffee Roasters is not a coffeehouse, but a roaster of specialty coffees. Our focus is on providing the finest, freshest coffees for home use, as well as for restaurants, espresso bars, and specialty stores.  Principals Sal Calabrese and Richard Duncan have been roasting coffee in the Dallas area since 1984.

At Addison Coffee Roasters, we believe that a great cup of coffee, like a fine wine, should be a memorable experience. With 20 years of roasting experience, we know how to find the world’s greatest coffee beans, from the classics to the hot new origins, and roast them to perfection to give you the ultimate home coffee experience.

A world of coffee flavors

We offer the finest coffees from Colombia, New Guinea, Sumatra, Bolivia, and countless other origins. For the socially conscious buyer we offer Fair Trade Certified coffees, as well as Organic and Co-op coffees. For the dessert-lover, our flavors range from Hazelnut Crème to Mexican Chocolate. And for the caffeine-impaired, many of our fine coffees are available in decaf.
