Our quest for the freshest, local seasonal products continues! Our salad greens now include fresh Bibb lettuce from Young’s Farm of Texas. And we enter the second month of our Texas Citrus Festival featuring specials including Sriacha Chicken with a sweet and spicy glaze made with oranges from the Rio Grande Valley. Meyer lemons are the star of Meyer Lemon Limeade, a Meyer Lemon Margarita, a citrus garnish on fresh asparagus and a lemon-lime tart for dessert. Grown only in the Rio Grande Valley and parts of California the Meyer lemon is native to China and a cross between a true lemon and a mandarin orange. It was introduced in 1908 to the U.S. by an agricultural explorer named Frank Meyer (now you know!). It is the sweetest lemon you will taste, and part of the fresh revolution taking place at Blue Mesa. Join us in the revolt.

Blue Mesa Grill offers adventuresome diners to a bold and colorful Southwest. It is a party in the whole restaurant where adults and children can enjoy good food together
Service. One thing we have learned in our business, it can make you or break you. We serve over 3,000 guests per week at each Blue Mesa, and we are only as good as that last meal we served. So this month we celebrate our front line employees, our service staff, like Al who makes it happen every day. Al has been with us at the original Blue Mesa in Addison since we opened over 17 years ago! He has won so many sales and service contests that we have to make sure there is a second and third prize so someone else will win. Al takes personal responsibility for the satisfaction of each of his guests - I'm Al and you are with me tonight! We have a lot of great employees. At Addison alone we have 15 employees that have been with us ten years or more. We are lucky to have them. We think you are, too.
We also have individual meeting and/or dining rooms that can seat 35-60 people or put two rooms together to seat over 100 people. Please call to reserve any one of our 4 rooms for your next party or event.
More sweet potato chips!
