Water, Sewer, and Trash

Addison provides water, sewer and trash services to its residents.

RATE CHANGE ALERT: Utility customers will see a rate change beginning with their November, 2016 bill.  Click here for more details.

To start service, you must submit a completed Water Service Application form (found on the Utility Portal link below) at least 24 hours before you require water service. The deposit for residential service is $50 and will be included on your first bill. Additional deposits may be required for residential fire or irrigation meters. Please indicate on the form the date you need to have service started. This application takes care of your water, sewer, and trash service.

We will be conducting routine maintenance that includes enhancements to our payment portal websites on Monday, October 26th from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you have any questions, please call us at 972-450-7051 with any concerns.
