Pre-Application Conference

To promote a more efficient submittal and review process, it is recommended that applicants schedule a pre-application conference with development review staff prior to submitting a zoning application. The Town will have representatives from various departments including Planning & Zoning, Public Works, Parks, Fire, Environmental Health, and Building Inspection to share feedback on your proposal. 

The Town holds pre-application conferences on Thursday afternoons. The conference is held in person at the Addison Service Center, 16801 Westgrove Drive, or may be held virtually upon request.  Conference requests are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis, and must be received no later than 12:00pm on the preceding Friday of the conference date.
