Public Hearing Scheduled for February 20 Planning & Zoning Meeting

The following Public Hearings will take place at the Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, February 20 at the Addison Conference Centre (15650 Addison Road). The agenda will be available on the Town's website three days before the meeting.

Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) for property located at 5100 Belt Line Road, Suite 800 and 812, that is currently zoned Planned Development (PD), through Ordinance No. O23-03, to allow a restaurant with the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption. Case 1905-SUP/5100 Belt Line Road, Suite 800 & 812 (III Forks).
