14555 Officially Open for Business

On Thursday, October 17 Council Members Ivan Hughes, Guillermo Quintanilla, Lori Ward, and Marlin Willesen attended the grand opening of Addison’s newest office building – Fourteen555 – located at 14555 Dallas Parkway.  Plans for the property, which is being developed by Cawley Partners, call for two 240,000 square foot office buildings, plus a three-story amenity building.  The northern office building and the amenity building are now complete and Cawley expects the office building to be 90% leased in the next few weeks.  The anchor tenant, Occidental Petroleum, already occupies 125,000 square feet.  Ascension Coffee recently opened in the amenity building and is open to the public. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  They can also do catering and host private meetings.
