Ed Copeland Appointed to P&Z Commission

Council accepted the resignation of Planning & Zoning Commission member Chris DeFrancisco at its February 27 meeting and appointed Ed Copeland to fulfill that unexpired term. DeFrancisco submitted his resignation on February 5 when he filed to run for City Council.
