Community Garden Plot Agreements

If you are not a renewing gardener, you must fill out the Community Garden Plot Application and receive an email confirming your acceptance BEFORE filling out the following forms.  In addition to filling out and submitting the Community Garden Plot Lease Agreement and the Community Garden Release of All Claims Form, you must also submit payment of $125 to the Addison Arbor Foundation.  

In order to sign up or renew your assigned plot lease in the Addison Community Garden, please review and fill out the online forms (Lease Agreement and Release of All Claims) with the requested information.

Renewals, including payment of the $125 plot lease fee, must be received by December 15th or your plot may be subject to forfeiture.  

For new applicants, all forms and payments must be submitted within 7 days of your plot assignment or your plot may be released to the next person on the waitlist. As a reminder, you must be a resident of Addison in order to lease a Community Garden plot. 

After you have submitted the documents, you have the option to complete the payment process through the PayPal link at the end of the form or by check. You can pay by credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. If you pay by check, please make it payable to Addison Arbor Foundation, and leave it with the Addison Athletic Club front desk within 3 days of submitting the online documents.

In order to establish Addison residency, we also require that all lessees be a member of the Addison Athletic Club.
