Council Approves Contract with Tiseo Paving Company for Reconstruction of Keller Springs Road

The City Council approved a $16.42.M contract with Tiseo Paving Company, Inc. for the reconstruction of Keller Springs Road at its September 12 meeting. Keller Springs Road revitalization was included in Proposition A of the 2019 Bond Program election that Addison voters approved in 2019.

Since the proposal was received in June, Town staff has worked closely with Tiseo to find additional cost savings in the proposal. These negotiations resulted in a total savings of more than $600,000.
