Vendor Opportunities

Vendors must submit an application to be considered for event participation. Participation fees vary by event. Submission of the vendor application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. 2024 Addison Oktoberfest Food and Beverage Vendor Application will be released May 1, 2024

Any vendor serving open food or beverage requiring a permit under the Town of Addison Environmental Health Department and/or TABC.
This includes any alcohol, edible substances, ice, beverages, or open ingredients.

Exhibitor

Artisan - exhibitor who sells their own original fine art or craft. All items must be handmade/crafted by the exhibitor.
Marketplace - exhibitor who purchases items to sell; to include pre-packaged food items.
Activity - exhibitor who provides an interactive service (for fee) to enhance the festival-goers experience. Fee to be charged will be directly to consumer by exhibitor.
Visual - exhibitor or group of exhibitors who will create a display or pop-up on the festival grounds to include, but not limited to a sculpture garden, window mural, chalk walk, etc.

Entertainer

Performing arts including music, dance, emcees, DJ's, children's entertainers, etc.
