Link to Your Utility Billing Account
NOTE: You will need your Account Number and Customer ID from a Utility Billing Statement to Link your Account.

From the UB portal home page, www.AddisonUBPay.com, you need to select the person icon from the ribbon / upper right corner of the page.
Step 3
Click My Account from the dropdown list.
Step 4
Select blue Link to Account hyperlink on the right side middle of screen.
Step 5
You will need the account ID and Customer ID from your Utility Billing statement to complete this step.
Enter your Account Number from your invoice - the numbers before the hyphen on the top right-hand corner of your bill next to Account Information
Enter Your Customer Identification (CID) Number - the numbers after the hyphen on the top right-hand corner of your bill next to Account Information
Step 6
Click Submit
Your account will now be listed below Utility Accounts.
